What is the turnaround time ?

Turn around time for each item is stated on the listing page. We update our listings during holiday and peak seasons which typically have much longer lead times than off season.

How do I add text to my order ?

After you upload your image a custom text box will populate below the image. In the first box please right what you would like engraved on your glass. Most products are limited to one line with 30 characters. for further clarification click on the "Custom text guidlines"

Do you provide proof of work before final product ?

We are unable to send mock ups of how a photo will etch onto glass due to the etching file process. However, we will send you a picture of your glass before shipping. Final product pictures are sent as soon as we complete your order and given one day review window before we ship out the order. (Please keep in mind that holiday seasons may result in longer than usual lead times.) All images, order details and final product review images will be sent through the Etsy conversation thread.

Did USPS lose my package?

USPS is suffering from major delays due to Covid-19. If your order is over a week late please reach out to us. We will file a missing package claim with USPS. USPS missing package claims usually take about a week to find the item and get it moving again. We apologize for the inconvenience these delays may cause. Please reach out if you think your item may be lost.
